Hello again MSPians,
And a Merry Christmas Eve to y’all! Thanks for being just in time too, to hear me sing our latest carols on MSPs! I was just about to start (and don’t worry, I have a lovely voice). Alright, so here it goes: Ahem, ahem…‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the IT industry, not one, but many a word on MSPs were stirring…
(Okay, who am I kidding? Rhyming is not my cup of tea, but do go ahead and find out what’s new with MSPs in December)
(Also, I forgot the rest of the poem 🙄)
Look, it’s almost time! No, not for presents; the MSPs are switching to AI-driven automation already. See, I told ya! 😎
Doesn’t ring a bell? That’s fine, it’s just one of the latest MSP trends we’re expecting in 2025 that I updated you on earlier (go check it out if you haven’t).
And now for the million-dollar question, how did Popx (a UK-based MSP) manage to crack the code on automation this early?
*holy music playing in the background*
Behold, for your saviour ServiceNow’s Andy Venables is here, illuminating different ways to leverage automation tools for a streamlined workflow in this article, including M&A. CTO bless us all!
Yes, that extra “s” didn’t come from sipping eggnog (not that you know of); managed security service providers (MSSPs) are going to grab the spotlight next year. Choosing security and AI as their raft in the roaring rapids of the IT ocean, the global MSSP market will see a surge up to $67bn in 2025.
How do I know? Well, you can either have faith in this Santa’s happy little helper 🧝, or hear Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum’s (Chief Growth Officer at Infinigate Group) elaborate on this prediction yourself right here!
Speaking of faith, MSPs are already gearing up for the battle against cyberthreats by expanding their security services and adding cloud detection and response tools (as did we, check it out here!). But that’s not the only trick up their sleeves to combat these digital Grinches!
Curious? Then you might benefit from the CEOs Jim Lippie (SaaS Alerts) and Fred Voccola (Kaseya) tips on upgrading their firms’ security offerings in this blog.
Goodness gracious, would you look at that? (It’s already Christmas where I live, yay!). And once again, it’s time for this helpful elf to leave and come bearing gifts another time. But you can always count on the JumpCloud blog section to have all sorts of gifts and nuggets of wisdom for the MSP kind to implement.
(you can also drop suggestions in the comments below, if there’s anything in particular about MSPs you’d like to hear about)
Till then…a Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night! 🧑🎄
