Radius users can now use their email as the UserID when authenticating to the RADIUS access point. This capability expands and adds flexibility to the user when authenticating for WiFi or VPN using Jumpcloud RADIUS.
Pain-points - IT Admins want to avoid support calls when users forget their User ID. Admins would like the registered email to be used when the User is authenticating to any RADIUS point.
Benefits:
- Ease of use: A user authenticating to access a RADIUS point can use either the UserID or the registered email in combination with password to authenticate.
- Reduce IT cost: Reduces admin support cases when the user does not remember his UserID.

This is a great small improvement. We frequently had users using their full email address.
Luke!
