Support for iOS and iPadOS 17 and macOS Sonoma
Apple’s annual release of its latest operating systems recently passed, which has end users clamoring to get access to the new features and functionality available on their Macbooks, iPhones, and iPads… and (hopefully) asking you if they can do it on their corporate device. JumpCloud has released support for iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and macOS Sonoma, bringing with it new policies to help you securely manage your Apple fleet no matter what OS they contain.

Enhanced Application Creation Workflow
A new guided workflow has been implemented to assist you when creating an application integration. When navigating to the SSO Applications menu, you will now see a full page wizard that will guide you through the creation of a pre-built or custom application, taking you to the related sections of the Admin Portal.
Improved Communication Around Expiry Events
Through a variety of channels including email and the JumpCloud Homepage dashboard, you will now receive improved communications when expiry events occur throughout your instance. This can include expirations of MDM, SSO, and EntraID certificates or tokens, as well as expiring or invalid M365, Azure AD / EntraID Cloud Directory Sync tokens.
This will aid in your response times and remove the burden of checking (and remembering) certificate and token statuses on an individual basis.
