We are pleased to announce a new JumpCloud Case Portal, designed to allow easy viewing of all of your submitted ideas and support cases, by any administrator in your organization, all in one place.
This new portal gives you quick access to easily:
- View all your organization's current and historical support cases
- Additional filtering and search functionality! You can now search across Subject, Description, Case Number, Reporter Name or Email Address.
Enjoy saving time and easing the friction of managing submissions by utilizing the new portal starting today for all Admins! To get started, click on the Support button within the Admin Console and you will see the new Case Portal tab or click here!
We would like to thank those of you from right here in the Community that helped us test this new feature and for the many of you that requested this ability.
