We're excited to announce significant updates designed to streamline your administrative workflows and enhance your overall experience. There were two releases this week bringing key improvements to shared folder management while also delivering a substantial performance boost for our macOS ARM users.
Centralized Shared Folder Management
We've listened to your feedback and are pleased to introduce enhanced capabilities for managing shared folders directly within the admin portal. Administrators can now:
- Directly Add and Remove User Access: Efficiently manage who has access to your shared credentials.
- Modify Access Permission Levels: Provision/de-provision access permission levels across users/user-groups.
- Create, Edit, and Delete Shared Folders: Perform essential shared folder operations from a centralized location, eliminating the need to switch to the desktop application for these tasks.
These enhancements provide a more intuitive and efficient way to manage user access and maintain secure control over your shared information.
Massive Performance Upgrade for macOS (M1+):
Experience a significantly faster and more responsive application on macOS devices equipped with M1 chips or later! This performance upgrade will be automatically rolled out, providing a smoother and more efficient user experience without any manual intervention required.
Lock PWM on Device Lock (End-User Setting):
We're also introducing a new level of control over the Password Manager's behavior when your device is locked. Previously, the Password Manager would automatically lock upon device lock. Now, end-users can manage this setting themselves. A new option within Settings >> Security allows users to enable or disable the automatic locking of the Password Manager when their device is locked, providing greater flexibility and customization.
We believe these updates represent a significant step forward in providing you with a more powerful, efficient, and user-friendly experience. We are committed to continuously improving our platform and appreciate your ongoing feedback.
Stay tuned for more updates!
