We had our Jumpcloud set to always require that jumpcloud protect is given a fingerprint when authenticating a login.
However, on the android app (running on pixel 4a which has a fingerprint reader) there is no mention of fingerprints in the app.
I have dropped our level of security so that fingerprints are optional but that doesn't seem ideal, what am I doing wrong?
