Have a user that forgot their password or changed their password outside of the JumpCloud Application and can't log in to their laptop?
At the FileVault Login Screen - Click the following three keys together option + shift + return and have them enter in their Recovery Key from the JumpCloud Admin console. Afterward, they'll be able to log in with their updated password or the new one you supplied them.

Hey, @BenGarrison I just added a screenshot ;).
Also, I found out that if you hit `Command + Option + Return` it gives you a prompt to enter in a Username and Password.
