When I try to login as admin my OTP-code says; Verification code was invalid or already used.It does not work. If I try to reset my password I need also an OTP code. I'm locked out and have no clue how to solve this.

Consensus is that you'll need to have another admin reset the OTP for you. If there are no other IT admins, then it'll require a support ticket because of the security issues involved in self service and just unlocking admin accounts for people.

I'm having this same problem. Worse, I am the only admin. I'll happily open a support ticket, but I can't do so through the admin console now. How can I open a support ticket and get this process going to restore my access?
