Pleased to announce that Remote Assist now supports "Clipboard Sync" which is the ability to copy and paste content, including text and images, over a remote session
You can now copy local content to the remote device and vice versa during a session. This works across OS and apps. Under the hood, it synchronizes the clipboard contents between the devices when copying content. When pasting content, it also automatically converts the contents to the right format expected by the target OS/application.
By default, Clipboard Sync is disabled. The IT admin or technician can enable it from the admin toolbar.
Note: To use this feature, you must configure your browser to allow clipboard access for Remote Assist. Detailed steps to do this for supported browsers can be found in the KB.
