Hello,
We are a MSP and have been using Jumpcloud to manage remote users successfully. However, need to manage Linux servers hosted in the office and remote users (both Windows and Linux). There is an article from 2014 which says that Jumpcloud can do it, but there is no other information how to do it. Have anyone successfully implemented this?
Appreciate any pointers.
Checked with support, but they don't have a clue.
Thanks

Managing Windows and Linux servers are managed in the same way that systems are managed. You install the agent on the server and assign users to this server if you need to control the identity. You can then apply patch policies and/or system policies. With Linux servers, you will be able to manage the SSH keys for users that need access to the machine or you can enforce default username:password authentication.
Here is a list of our agent compatibility! Hope that helps, and let us know if you need help diving deeper into anything specific with managing Win/Lin servers ๐
