Users can now authenticate their device from the lock screen without opening JumpCloud Protect
Users can confirm an MFA push notification directly on their mobile device lock screen, without opening JumpCloud Protect. If a biometric check is required by JC admin, the user subsequently goes through Face ID / fingerprint / passcode before Accept/Deny is accepted.
