Background Tools allows MSPs to effectively support their clients behind the scenes when it comes to maintenance, troubleshooting, and file transfers. With it, you can now remotely connect to and troubleshoot an end-user’s device using a remote session type that enables remote file management and command-line interfacing on an end-user’s device – all without notifying or interrupting them.

New Partnership
Support for Device and Identity Management with AWS Verified Access
JumpCloud now partners with AWS Verified Access to enable support for Mac and Windows devices, together with identity management, from one console. JumpCloud is the first and currently the only vendor in the market that supports both devices and identity in one console, which will help you increase your security and keep your company data better protected.
