Hello! we will be shortly rolling out a beta / early access (EA) for enhancements related to JumpCloud Remote Assist. Initially this will add the ability for the end user to join the session by accepting a popup consent prompt, rather than having to entering the session ID (MacOS and Windows only). This will be followed by adding support for unattended access in the same EA.
The EA is expected in the next couple of weeks and seats are limited. If you would like to participate, please send an email to remoteassist@jumpcloud.com with the following details:
