A few new HR integrations have been added to our pre-built HR Directory integrations catalog: Deel, Paylocity, and Factorial.
Here is a little bit more about each integration.
- Deel: This integration will create and update users, including deprovisioning, either on-demand or on a nightly basis. The integration syncs the main user attributes, enabling you to use those attributes for dynamic groups This integration was developed by the Deel team. - Paylocity: This integration allows admins to import new users from Paylocity into JumpCloud via a manual import option. The main user attributes are populated by the import, enabling you to use those attributes to add new users to the right groups through the dynamic groups functionality. The integration is using the Paylocity SCIM API and was built by JumpCloud. To learn more, read Integrate with Paylocity.
- Factorial: This integration will create and update users, including deprovisioning, in real-time. The integrations currently only syncs four attributes, work email, first name, and last name. The integration was created by Factorial. To learn more, read Integrate with Factorial.
These integrations create efficiencies for IT and HR by automating the process of sharing user data for joiners, movers, and leavers. It also decreases security concerns and risks related to manual data entry and access based on outdated user data.
