The first group of my users are starting to have (mainstream Dell) Windows laptops using SnapdragonX which is a ARM64 processor that also (very effectively so far) can run traditional Windows code.
JC doesn't seem to be completely ready for it yet though, for example, the devices menu does recognise the processor saying it is virtual which for x86 code is sort of true, but not really the right answer as (for example) we needed to install the arm64 of .net
I'm sure there are lots of other places in the JC ecosystem that need some tweaking, so I would like to know what the plan and timescale are for starting to add support.
As the power-saving/battery-life features or ARM will make it tempting for other manufacturers to follow suit, we need JC to be "ahead of the game"

two weeks and no reply from anyone from jumpcloud (or at all) 😞
I shall have to look to flipping this into a support ticket (though it will affect lots of people it would of been better to talk about in the open)

That's my fault! I was supposed to ask someone & get you an answer. My apologies. On it!

Update: it's on our roadmap, but no dates. Would love a feature request to show interest, though.
