I'm looking at Connectwise and HaloPSA as my PSA. The existing Connectwise integration falls far short of typical PSA integrations, specifically with respect to RMM functionality. For example, asset management for endpoints, mobile devices and Saas licensing. Is this something JumpCloud can extend? Having a 2 way integration would be ideal. Also, I'd like to see the same functionality between HaloPSA and JumpCloud. (I have requested this). An impressive integration is between NinjaRMM and HaloPSA.
Eg, If all assets and users from Jumpcloud were synced to the PSA. Users could login to the PSA user portal via JumpCloud. If an alert is forwarded from JC to PSA, it would be great if the user & assets were linked to the ticket.
Another example is if compliance info could be sent to the PSA for reporting purposes which could be exposed to the client.
Remediating an alert / ticket in the PSA that was created by JC would remediate the alert in JC.
I could go on!
