- Job creator: The industry employs a massive 294,340 people, making it a significant source of jobs across the country.
The report also highlights the breakdown of MSPs by size. While large providers bring in the most revenue, the industry is far from monolithic. Small and medium-sized MSPs make up a healthy chunk of the market, fostering a competitive and dynamic environment.
