Background Tools Not Connecting

Hi guys, im having a issue with Background Tools, im trying to connect to any of my devices but when it goes 2/4 it says '

Oops! Something went wrong.

Failed to connect to the device. This might be due to a network issue, or because the device is temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few minutes.


I can use any of the other connection methods, there is no problem with the internet or anything else. Maybe because is a linux?

Hi @TecX it would be best to check with support on this so that they can take a look at the logs and figure out exactly what's not working and why it's failing. They'll help you get it resolved.
