NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL DETERMINATIONS MADE BY JUMPCLOUD ARE FINAL. VOID IN ALL JURISDICTIONS WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Please read these Official Rules before entering the Contest, as defined below. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy the eligibility requirements below.

Sponsor: JumpCloud Inc. 361 Centennial Parkway, Suite 300, Louisville, CO, 80027.

  1. Eligibility: The Jumpies Awards Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all active JumpCloud customers. Employees of JumpCloud as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of JumpCloud employees are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”).  JumpCloud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a Prize (as defined in Section 5 below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. You represent that you have the authority to enter into the Contest on behalf of your company or employer, as applicable.
  2. Timing: The Contest opens on May 13, 2022 and closes on June 10, 2022 (the “Contest Period”). All Submissions (defined below) must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible to win a Prize.
  3. How to Enter: To participate in the Contest, you must register as a JumpCloud Community member (here) and enter into the Jumpies (here). In order to complete an entry, you must “Suggest an idea” on the Jumpies page, enter your company’s name and chosen award category into the subject line, select an award category label, answer the respective category’s questions in the body of the post, and click “post.” Each completed post will be deemed a “Submission.” A Submission must be completed in English and entrants must accurately and fully provide all information requested in the Submission to be eligible to win. Instructions on how to submit an entry will also be provided on the “Jumpies info” page here.
Any attempt by an entrant using multiple/different identities, email accounts, or logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s Submission and the entrant may be disqualified. JumpCloud has the right but not the obligation to verify an entrant’s compliance with the Official Rules. Use of any automated system to participate in the Contest is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
JumpCloud reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Submission that it finds or reasonably believes to be in violation of these Official Rules, in its sole discretion. Released Parties (as defined in Section 8 below) are not responsible for lost, late, unreceived, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected Submissions.
  1. Selection of Winners:
Winners for (i) the Best End User Experience, (ii) Most Innovative Use of Integration, and (iii) Best Business Transformation categories will be selected in a two-round process:
Round 1: JumpCloud Community members will vote on all eligible entries between June 11, 2022 and June 15, 2022
Round 2: The three (3) entries that receive the most votes in each applicable category will then be reviewed by JumpCloud’s panel where the winner for each category will be selected. The panel will consider impact, originality, clarity of Submission, and presentation when selecting winners.
The winner for the Community Choice Award will be selected based on community voting only (open from June 11, 2022 to June 15, 2022) and will not be selected by the JumpCloud panel.
The selection of winners will take place on or around June 20, 2022, remotely. JumpCloud’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
  1. Prizes: Each Winner will receive a Jumpies Award for their respective category and JumpCloud will donate One Thousand US Dollars ($1,000 USD) (the “Prizes”) on behalf of the winner to a charity from a list to be provided by JumpCloud. The total value of all Prizes is approximately $4,000.
  2. Odds: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
  3. Prize Conditions: If your Submission is selected, you will be notified by email during the week of June 20, 2022. The notification email will be sent to the email provided in the applicable entrant’s Submission. The winners will be required to provide their name, email address, job title, and date of birth to confirm eligibility within five (5) business days from the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a Prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines to accept the Prize, or fails to fully and accurately provide the requested information (in JumpCloud’s discretion) within the required time period, the potential winner may forfeit the Prize. Allow up to four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of your Prize. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits a Prize for any reason, JumpCloud may award the Prize to an alternate winner.
The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable and no Prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed except that JumpCloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize for a different Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with a Prize or the receipt and/or use of a Prize. THE ARV FOR ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED DURING A CONTEST PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED $5,000.
  1. Release: By making a Submission, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless JumpCloud, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, and rights of publicity arising out of participation in the Contest, or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
  2. Privacy and Data Collection: When you complete the Submission on https://cloud.jumpcloud.com/l/876401/2022-05-09/hnvw2c, JumpCloud will collect certain information about you. 3. 4. General Conditions: By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of JumpCloud, which will be binding and final. If you are entering the Contest on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the company or legal entity to these Official Rules. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree to comply with these Official Rules, you may not enter the Contest. JumpCloud reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by JumpCloud in its sole discretion. In such an event, JumpCloud, in its sole discretion, may also choose to select winners from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on JumpCloud’s website, the details set forth in these Official Rules will prevail. JumpCloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process, the operation of the Contest, or in violation of the Official Rules. JumpCloud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  5. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or any errors caused by the programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections or failures of network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process or the Contest; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of Submissions; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, or stolen Submissions or mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of a Prize. If for any reason an entrant’s Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, not received, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, an entrant’s sole remedy is another Submission in the Contest, if it is possible. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AND AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  6. Miscellaneous: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and JumpCloud in connection with the Contest, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be held in the state and federal courts of the State of Colorado.
