For the last 2 years (2023 and 2022) we've asked for your favorite things in time for folks to do some shopping for themselves or their favorite techy folks. 

Soooo it's time to tell us what's on your tech wish list this year OR what you've really enjoyed recently and think more people should know about it / put it on their own lists. Or you can do both!

I've been focusing on buying local at holiday markets for the most part, so not a lot of geeky recommendations at the moment. But I will come and update once I have something. I am eyeing the LEGO Milky Way set, though. Have you seen it? 😍

Let's follow up ... what did you get? Anything worth sharing that you love?

I did a lot of shopping locally at holiday markets and local shops and got handmade gifts. So I bought some really cool wooden tree ornaments and pottery—stuff like that. My kiddo got the Quest that they asked for & the other kiddo mostly wanted cooking related stuff. We kept it simple. What about you? 

I would love your recommendations because I'm still on the lookout for cool gadgetry.

I missed this whole thread. TBH, I almost forgot it was Christmas. LOL. I bought myself a new subwoofer for my car. I've been wanting that for the last 5 years but couldn't bring myself to blow $350 on it. Found a good deal finally on the Bays of E on a factory refurb. (Legit, used untested ones were going for $250 when you could buy a new on sale for $300 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Then found out that I had a mild tear in the factory rear deck speaker cones, so I had to spend more money for some new ones back there. And here, I thought something had just come loose in the rear deck causing the rattle.

<start rant> Noooope.... Ford. Seriously. Those are the hardest working speakers. Y U MAKE THEM THE WORST?!? 12 speakers, all of them actually good quality Sony poly-fiber speakers.... makes the bassiest ones out of the lowest quality coated paper..... </end rant>
