Locked out with no support

So I use Jumpcloud at work and have been using it for many years now. I also created a free 5 user instance for at home which i setup to play around with. I recently tried to log into it and my account which is the only admin account has somehow become suspended. 

I can't contact support for help because I can't access the dashboard. The documentation around locked out administrators was no help at all as it pointed me to a privacy policy.
