Hello, So i just got a 4070 TI Super to replace my 3060 ti and i uninstalled all of the drivers to the 3060 Ti and put in the new card and got all of the new drivers for it and i was testing it and it seem good so i open Fortnite on low settings and at 240 FPS and it kept dropping frames and stuttering... and i am on 1080p.

cpu - i7 12th gen.
gpu - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Gaming OC 16GB.
psu - 1000WS Corsair.
ram - 64 gb Corsair.
motherboard - pro z690-a ddr4(ms-7d25)
