What are the JumpCloud Customer Awards?
We created the JumpCloud Customer Awards, or “Jumpies” in 2022 to recognize the incredible things our users and their organizations are doing with JumpCloud.
Where and when will the awards be given?
The awards will be presented and publicly announced at the JumpCloud All Company Meeting on July 19th, 2022 at the Westin Westminster in Westminster, Colorado. Winners will be notified before the conference. JumpCloud will contact the winners to discuss whether or not the winners will accept the prize virtually or in person (US customers only).
What do I win if selected?
In addition to receiving an award, winners will also be announced in a press release, have their logos and stories featured on the JumpCloud website, and JumpCloud will donate One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to a charity selected by the winner from a list provided by JumpCloud.

- Highlights customers that are using JumpCloud in a way that fundamentally transforms their business in a mission-critical way
Community Choice: Unrecognized Acts/Unsung Champions
- Highlights and celebrates the work and people behind the scenes that don't always receive recognition, but are critical to the success of IT teams and organizations alike.
How do I enter?
Go to the JumpCloud Community and select “JumpCloud Customer Awards”. From there, you’ll find the rules, instructions, and information on each category and how to submit. Submit your entry for the award category that best suits your project or use case! Be sure to answer EVERY question in the description for each category or your submission may be considered incomplete.
If you'd like to submit a nomination for more than one award, please complete a separate nomination for each. (For more detailed instructions, read How to: Enter the JumpCloud Customer Awards.)

How will the winners be chosen?
Community members will have until Midnight MT on Friday, June 10, 2022 to submit their nominations. Voting will take place in two rounds:
- Round 1: JumpCloud Community members will vote on all eligible entries. Community voting will end at Midnight MT on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
- Round 2: The three (3) entries that receive the most votes in the Best Use Case category will then be reviewed by JumpCloud’s panel where the winner will be selected.
- *The Community Choice award winner will be chosen based on community voting only and will not be selected by the JumpCloud panel.
All winners will be notified the week of June 20, 2022.
