Pleased to announce that Email notification support is now rolling out for Device Monitoring & Alerting feature introduced in Q4 2024. This enhancement allows you to receive critical alerts directly via email, eliminating the need to log into the console. Each alert rule can be configured to send notifications to specific administrator roles or to custom email addresses.
Capabilities:

Configure Email Channels: Admins can now set up email notification channels within the Global Settings page

Flexible Recipients: These channels can include both admin recipients and non-admin email addresses (e.g., secops@company.com)

Alert Rule Binding: You can link these email channels to specific alert rules

Notification Options: Choose to receive notifications not only on alert creation but also on alert resolution or acknowledgement.

We are doing an incremental rollout starting with 25% today (27th May) and expect to complete the rollout to all orgs within a week.
