I'm trying Remote Assist but never get connected. Both Admin and the user only show ' Establishing Remote Connection'....
I've disabled Windows Defender and opened up all UDP ports etc as described in Remote Assist FAQ but still the same results. Both machines are on the same LAN.
Any hints on what else I need to check??

Well apparently needs microphone is allowed in the Admin browser.... 🙄

We have identified an issue where the session sometimes doesn't get established without the microphone permission. The fix will be available by this or next week for Chrome and Firefox. For Safari though, we are still investigating.

The fix has been released for Chrome and Firefox today. These browsers should no longer ask from microphone permissions. Let us know if you see any weirdness. Safari is still being investigated.
